Come celebrate the prolific aliveness of Spring with Resound Community Choir at our third annual Spring Concert!
As always, our season finale is a fundraiser. We want collective singing to be accessible to everyone. In order for that to be sustainable, we provide a limited number of scholarships each season. As our choir grows, so does our need for scholarship funds! All proceeds from these tickets will go towards scholarship positions for next season. Thanks to the funds from our Big Sing at the end of last season, we had 9 scholarship positions for our Spring Season!
As space is limited, and guaranteed to sell out, you will need to pre-register. Please give according to your abundance. No one will be turned away for lack of funds (NOTAFLOF).

When - Saturday, May 30, Doors at 6:30pm, Concert at 7pm.
Where - The beautiful vaulted sanctuary of First Congregational United Church of Christ (20 Oak St.), in downtown Asheville, NC
What - Resound Community Choir is a queer-centered, non-auditioned choir (which some members lovingly call The Radical Feelings Choir). We grow a little each season and this season we will have about 50-60 singers with us for our season finale!
This concert represents 12 weeks of connection, dedication, play and deep listening, and we are so excited to share what we have been tending and honing together. We will be singing songs of liberation and celebration, and deeply felt songs of communal grief and healing. There will also be a few opportunities for the audience to sing with us, so come prepared to join in!
(You can see videos from our previous concerts onYouTube.)
Accessibility:
There is an ADA accessible entrance to the sanctuary on the left side of the building. This door is locked, so someone will need to be notified to open the door from the inside. This entrance leads to the front of the sanctuary (with some spaces for wheelchair users right near the entrance.) Please feel free to reach out in advance if you will need assistance, and/or arrive a little early to settle in.
